Door Maintenance 2003 is a small family run business established in 1992.
Based in south Yorkshire we specialise in aluminium. From servicing and repairs to manufacturing. We produce high quality, made to order commercial aluminium doors, windows and framing systems at our in-house fabricating facility, for a fast, reliable and friendly service.
We work with local authorities, construction and property management companies, the leisure and retail industry and the general public providing a comprehensive servicing and repair programme. Customers include, Rotherham 2010, Kier Management Services, Interserve, Fluent, Sheffield Arena and SUFC.
Our employees are CRB checked and relevantly trained.

All projects are customised to individual specification and needs. Including disabled and intercom access, automatic, security and fire exits doors, powder coating and all types of glazing.
- Sheffield Arena: New automatic entrance doors, box office screen, shutters and servicing of existing and new doors.

At Door Maintenance 2003 we have a comprehensive range of architectural façade systems using high performance, market orientated and proven products. This encompasses entrances, doors, ground floor systems, windows, patent glazing and advanced curtain walling. In addition we are able to offer powder coating in virtually any colour shade - even dual colour options plus polyamide thermal breaks. All of our products meet and often exceed British and European standards including:
- Weather tested to BS6375 for Windows and Doors and CWCT and BS DD ENV13050 for SCW+, SMR800 and SMR900 Curtain Wall
- Security tested to BS7950 for Windows and PAS24 for Doors
