Rotherham United – Aluminium Door Replacement
We recently completed the replacement of double aluminium doors and frame at Rotherham United, delivering a robust and functional upgrade suited to a high-traffic stadium environment.
The new door set was manufactured and installed with added mid-rails for increased structural strength, specifically designed to support the larger door size and ensure long-term durability under frequent use.
We also fitted push bars with a free access function, providing flexible entry control during match days while maintaining full compliance with safety and accessibility requirements. This allows staff to manage crowd flow efficiently without compromising on security or ease of access when needed.
The result is a stronger, more reliable entrance solution built to handle the demands of a busy professional sports venue, while improving day-to-day usability for both staff and visitors.

During the service visit, we addressed the fallen door by installing a new closer, top arm, and bottom pivot. The door was re-hung, set up, and adjusted as necessary to ensure proper functionality.
